So quite......

Its been quitely, being far from softball, rest alot and gain weights. Well, I do gain weights, being lazy, and all. Since winning the BA tournament, I think only twice I went to softball field.
And now just back from 2 weeks holiday, a colleagues dare to tell me that I gained weight, especially the tummy area. So I planned to go for light jog in the afternoon, but instead those lazyness makes me play soccer, well if only it was the real soccer, but I was busy playing soccer on my bed using the psp hehehehe..... Its not funny is it? Well I really wanted to do some exercises, and I really have to set a date, this time.
But I think I have to started it with softball, but since this is my standby week (job related - not an excuse - I hope) so I have to set the date MAY.... BE..... next week, notice the caps..... lazyness still lurks in my body and brain.
Anyway I hope I dont rest that long and hope that the lazyness will subside soon.

PLK Zombies wrapped up their seventh win to emerge champions of the 2008 Black Arrows Softball Carnival after stomping on their rivals Black Arrows I 16-7 at the Maktab Duli Pengiran Muda Al-Muhtadee Billah field in Gadong, near here, yesterday. The champions led from the start and never gave any room for the Black Arrows I to mount a comeback. The Black Arrows I were missing key players for the championship match and Zombies took full advantage of their misfortune, making it clear they meant business after the first three innings finished 5-0 in their favour. The Zombies' good defensive work meant that the Black Arrows I could not make many runs.To make matters worse, the Black Arrows I also created a lot of in-field errors and out-field misjudgments.
The Zombies' superb hitting was backed up by steady pitching and that gave their opponents a hard time the entire afternoon."This win is definitely overwhelming, our batting and fielding were superb today (Sunday)," said Zombies captain Saiful Adli. "Before the match I asked my teammates to give it their all as we had worked hard before this tournament and I am glad it all paid off," he added.Saiful said the team played well and did not depend on luck to take the title."This is our seventh win (in the tournament) and I am indeed proud of it. We are going to continue playing the best we can and are now even more motivated to train harder," added Saiful, who said the Zombies trained five times a week for two hours a day.
The Black Arrows I finished second and Wanderers were third after losing 4-2 to the runners-up.The tournament is hosted by The Black Arrows.

THE heroic national softball team arrived at the Brunei International Airport last night. They returned as champions of the 2008 Malaysian Intranational Open after thrashing Penang Vipers 10-0 during the final."This is indeed a great achievement and now Malaysia knows that we mean business and take softball very seriously," Brunei Amateur Softball and Baseball Association (Basba) Secretary General Maj (Rtd) Wan Mohd Tambrin Shah said."After this win we feel we need to aim higher, the plan is to make an impact in the Asia and ASEAN softball scene and that is most likely to happen next year," he added.

Before leaving for the four-day tournament that started last Thursday, Wan Mohd Tambrin had said that he was aiming to use the tournament to prove that the sport could bring glory to the country. "We really hit the ball during the tournament. Our batting was what won us the game and we knew we had to work on that because it had been one of our weaknesses."
The Vice President of Basba, Pg Hj Jambul Pg Hj Sulaiman said that the team was not confident when they left as they had little time to practice over the fasting month but they still won."We have proved to ourselves that we are a strong team even with a low confidence level, given more time to practice we are sure to achieve something in the future," Pg Hj Jambul said. "We thank the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports for giving us the approval to participate in this tournament, we hope for their continuous support in the future," he added.
